Pemex attracts partners from the United Arab Emirates
/in /by @dm1nPEMEX signed two memoranda of understanding with the oil companies Mubadala Petroleum and ADNOC, of the United Arab Emirates, and expanded the existing one with the largest oil company in the world: Saudi Aramco, from Saudi Arabia.
